ADOPTION PROCESS
PRICING
-2025 Pet price: $1500 with a limited AKC registration application (no breeding rights) Litter must be born in 2025 for $1500 pricing.
2026 Pet price: $1800 with a limited AKC registration application (no breeding rights) Litter must be born in 2026 for $1800 pricing.
-Deposit is $300 which is deducted from the total price with balance due in cash when you receive your puppy. Deposits can be made through either Venmo or Zelle. We will NOT hold any puppy for anyone without a deposit!
-Choices on puppies will be made at two weeks of age starting with the waitlist. 1st choice will receive photos and videos of each puppy at 2 weeks of age to make their choice and then we will proceed down the waitlist. You will receive lots of photos and videos of your puppy weekly until pick up day.
-No visits will be made until puppies receive their first vaccination at around 7 weeks of age to ensure everyone has a healthy puppy on pickup day.

PUPPY PICK UP DAY
Payment is due in full on day of pick up. CASH ONLY unless payment is received via Venmo or Zelle at least 3 business days before pickup. We are a state licensed kennel. Puppies will be not be allowed to go to their new homes before turning 8 weeks of age and must be picked up before they are 9 weeks old. Pick up times will be scheduled about 1 week before they turn 8 weeks old to ensure only one family is picking up at a time so we can give families our undivided attention and answer any questions you may have.
HEALTH INFORMATION
-All Puppies will be up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and deworming prior to going to their new homes.
-They will also have a full vet examination at 7-8 weeks old and will come with a health certificate. If your puppy would not pass the vet examination your deposit would be refunded if you no longer wanted the puppy due to not passing his or her vet check.
-All of our adult dogs are genetic tested for CMR1 and DM to ensure the puppies are not affected by these genetic disorders.
